Sending to the Editor an "actions taken" file, showing how and where the paper has been modified following the Reviewers' indications", is also compulsory.

Papers submitted to the International Journal of Energy & Technology for publication are not bound, until accepted in final form, to comply with quantitative aspects reported in the template (fonts, spacings, page setting, ...) but just with qualitative ones (see, in particular: section 4, points 2, 3 and 4, section 5, points 1 and 4; section 5.1, points 2, 3, 4 and 5), as this may help the review process and speed it up.
